Prehospital Care Improvement Initiative Symposium: Clinical Aspects
Beginning at 0900 on 14 June and ending at 1200 on 16 June 2017, French Military Health Services along with MILMED COE are excited to host a Symposium on Prehospital Care with the goals to collect expert opinions, identify current best practices, create a bibliography of current critical literature and to develop recommendations for further data collection and studies in order to improve outcomes from this portion of the care pathway.
NATO Medical CD&E Seminar 02-04 May 2017 in Budapest
The NATO Centre of Excellence for Military Medicine (MILMED COE) will host a NATO Medical Concept Development and Experimentation (CD&E) Seminar provided by NATO School Oberammergau Mobile Education Training Team (METT). The event will take place on 2-4 May 2017 at Hotel Hadik in Budapest, Hungary.
Our Seminar follows the M7-51 NATO CD&E Course Curriculum, however it will be focused and tailored specifically to the Medical CD&E issues. Precondition of participation: Completing the NATO School ADL module 201 (CD&E) as an online foundation course (preseminar study).
The target audience of the Seminar are primarily Military Medical SMEs from OR-7 to OF-4 (or their civ. equals) from all NATO and Partner Nations, particularly those who are going to take part in the NATO Medical Excercise Vigorous Warrior 2017 (VW'17).

The NATO Centre of Excellence for Military Medicine Deployment Health Surveillance Capability Branch (DHSC) in cooperation with the German Armed Forces Hospital and the German Society for Military Medicine and Pharmacy (GSMMP/DGWMP) successfully organized the 3rd Force Health Protection Congress on Tropical Medicine and Infectious Diseases on 19-21 September 2016 in Hamburg, Germany.
