Unconditional Accreditation of NATO MILMED COE
More than a year ago, the MILMED COE applied, and began the preparations, for Institutional Accreditation granted by NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT). Per Bi-SC 75-2, accreditation is based on NATO Quality Standards and requires an educational training facility to demonstrate the existence of an effective quality management system (QMS), as well as to provide evidence of their contribution to NATO.
ACT’s Joint Force Trainer (JFT) conducted a site visit of the MILMED COE from May 11-13, 2016. On September 26, 2016, ACT JFT provided the final report declaring UNCONDITIONAL ACCREDITATION of the MILMED COE for the next 6 years. As a result, the MILMED COE courses now achieve the highest NATO certification of “NATO Approved”.
