International Medical Management of Radiation Injuries (I-MED) course in Tartu, Estonia

The I-MED course focuses on the treatment of emergency patients who have suffered radiation injuries and cover such topics as what kinds of protective equipment the medical staff should use, how to diagnose radiation injuries, how to triage patients, decontamination techniques, and how to minimize the spread of radioactive contamination in the course of medical treatment.

Registration is open from now on, and a limited number of seats are available for those interested (first come, first serve).
